Tier 1 Bread Team Baker
Looking for a year-round person to become a bread baker. This is where it all starts. The Bread team works in the morning and early afternoon creating our full line of Sourdough Breads, Baguettes, Yeasted Breads, and Sandwich Breads. There is NOTHING like the aroma of fresh bread! You will learn the fundamentals of artisan bread baking with an eye toward advancement. Established bakers can earn paid time off, a matching IRA plan, and a wellness stipend. Not to mention a great work environment and other benefits (Pizza Wednesdays!). Come get your hands in the dough! You must be at least 18 years of age, able to work on your feet, and able to lift 50 lbs consistently.

Shelf Stable Products Team
This team works in the late afternoon and evening, Monday through Friday (no weekends!) It’s perfect for night owls, parents who want their days free, or just anyone who wants to work with quite possibly the best work team out there. This team enjoys working when we’re closed, making the Addictive Granola, Roasted Nuts, Crackers, Crostini, Biscotti, and other products that we sell here and ship all over the country. You must be at least 18 years of age, able to work on your feet, and able to lift 50 lbs consistently.

Customer Service Superstar
Do you love good food and interacting with foodies? We’re seeking a fun-loving, hard-working, service-centered team player to join our well-loved customer service team. Tolerance for good music, gluten, granola, and Wednesday staff pizza (house-made!) is helpful.
Duties include filling orders, cashiering, slicing bread, merchandising, opening and closing the storefront, and talking about food! Applicants must be at least 18 years of age. This position requires working on your feet and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds repeatedly.
