Ginger Crinkle Cookie

This crunchy, chewy cookie is made with molasses, ginger, and chunks of crystallized ginger, and sparkly raw sugar embellishes the crackled top.  Young and old alike are crazy about our Ginger Crinkle cookie.  We don’t mean to brag, but we’ve never tasted a molasses ginger cookie as great as this one (and we’ve checked bakeries around the country).
