  • Here is one of the breads that built our reputation. We load this bread with Michigan Red Tart Cherries and toasted pecans.  The dark, caramelized crust and roasted pecans are the perfect counterpoints to the slightly tangy, fruity crumb.   • Quite possibly the best Chocolate Chunk Cookie you'll ever have.  Made with European style butter (no shortening in anything from this bakery) and Belgian chocolate, baked to golden, chewy perfection.  Big enough to share (but you won't want to).  One of our most popular sellers all year long.   • We start with our deliciously chewy sourdough wheat dough. Then we mix in a generous measure of roasted pumpkin, sunflower, sesame, flax and poppy seeds. We roll the unbaked loaf in a mixture of raw seeds and they roast to crispy perfection on the crust as the loaf bakes.   • Crisp and herbaceous, these versatile rounds of toasted baguette are a natural complement to soups, salads and cheese boards. We baste them with our own blend of herbs, fresh garlic, extra virgin olive oil, and sweet cream butter before toasting them to crispy perfection. Great for dipping or topping with your favorite cheese or hummus; a perfect match for your favorite IPA.  Try them on a salad in place of croutons, or crush them up and use them in place of seasoned bread crumbs... a great addition to any meatball recipe.  However you like them, you'll want to keep a few bags on hand.   • This crunchy, chewy cookie is made with molasses, ginger, and chunks of crystallized ginger, and sparkly raw sugar embellishes the crackled top.   We don't mean to brag, but we've never tasted a molasses ginger cookie as great as this one (and we've checked bakeries around the country).
